Noon Estates was started by someone who watched families — and NRI investors — make expensive mistakes in the Hyderabad land market. Opaque pricing. Approvals that didn't exist. Developers who disappeared after registration.
We started Noon Estates with one intention: to be the company we wish had existed.
We're new. We don't have a 20-year track record to show you. What we have is a registered company, an identified land parcel, an HMDA approval process underway, and a commitment to doing this the right way — even when it takes longer.
What We Focus On
Just plots, done well.
We specialise in plotted developments — open plots in Hyderabad's high-growth corridors, particularly the airport belt and surrounding areas.
No villas, no apartments, no diversification for the sake of it. Just plots, done well.
What that means in practice:
- We don't list a project until the approval is in progress.
- We don't quote a price until we can justify it.
- We don't promise a timeline we can't keep.
- And when something changes, we tell you — before you have to ask.
